Shimla: Naturopathy is the need of the hour and needs to be promoted, said Governor Bandaru Dattatreya who reached Palampur today on his three days visit to Kangra district. He visited Vivekananda Medical Institute at Holta. Former Union minister and chairman of the trust Shanta Kumar welcomed the Governor. Dattatreya appreciated the trust management for providing various facilities to the people and health projects being run by the Institute. The Governor was apprised of naturopathy activities such as Nirmay Centre of Trust, physiotherapy section, combination therapy, continuous passive motion (CPM) etc. being undertaken by the trust. He also visited the Sadhana complex and old age home being built under the name Vishranti. Shanta Kumar gave detailed information of the institute to the Governor. TNS
