‘Everything was getting a bit out of control,’ she told the publication. ‘When a friend made a throwaway comment saying “my son hates me,” it resonated with me.’
‘There was a build-up of many things, and that was just the thing that slapped me in the face,’ she added.
Natalie revealed she wasn’t able to deal with the grief or pressure and eventually suffered a panic attack.

‘I woke up the next morning and I was frozen. I couldn’t move. I couldn’t talk. I couldn’t breathe as well,’ she said.
But with the help of friends, Natalie was able to overcome the difficulties and felt empowered.
She learnt how to deal with the hardship by starting energy healing, naturopathy and meditation.
Family: Natalie lives in Melbourne with her husband Cameron McGlinchey, daughter Harper, eight and son Hendrix, six
‘I have to say now is probably the best I’ve ever felt mentally and physically. I feel very strong and empowered. I feel grateful for that,’ she revealed.
Natalie is set to make her debut in the musical Chicago later this month and has learnt to achieve a work-life balance.
Natalie admitted health, family and happiness are the most important things in life.
