CARBONDALE (WSIL) — Those who are looking for a more holistic approach to health are encouraged to attend this year’s Women’s Health Naturally.
The event will feature more than 60 natural health care professionals, who specialize in yoga, the benefits of juicing, essential oils, physical therapy and more.

Although the event is geared toward women with topics such as natural child birth, make up products and female friendly workouts; Organizers say it’s meant for everyone.
They invite men, youth and teens to come and check out the workshop and expo.
